• Counseling clients regarding legal matters relating to Intellectual Property including patent portfolio management and filing strategies, freedom to operate issues, patent prosecution, post-issuance procedures (e.g., reissue and reexamination) trade secret law, licensing, enforcement.

• Assisting in patent and trademark litigation, including preparing trial strategies, drafting motions and briefs, and presenting oral arguments.

• Negotiating and preparing patent and trademark licensing agreements for individuals, corporations and non-profit organizations.

• Trademark counseling, prosecution and enforcement, including preparing clearance opinions, filing and prosecution of federal trademark applications, and handling oppositions, cancellations, and domain name and internet disputes.

• Counseling clients on copyright matters.

• Industrial experience as electronics engineer and systems engineer.
